Focus Groups
We are pleased to announce the addition of a focus group practice. This new service helps you test the elements of your case as well as the presentation of your case through feedback gathered from an unbiased audience - similar to a jury.
We try to be as impartial as we can when working with you, but there's always an element of bias. Now, with our focus group service, we recruit people similar to your potential jury to listen, learn and react to our presentation. At the conclusion, we analyze their reactions and use this information to make adjustments that ensure the key elements of your case are understood.
Our focus group presentation and moderation is led by respected researcher and focus group practitioner James Bost. Mr. Bost earned the designation of Certified Focus Group Moderator from the Greeley Institute of Qualitative Research in Marina Del Rey, California in 2000. In addition, he has extensive experience in research design, quantitative data analysis, and qualitative research methods

Even though this element of service is only a few months old, we are already seeing results firsthand. Sam Stein, one of the first to use our service, was impressed by the results:
“In utilizing the services of Legal-Graphics for a recent project involving multiple focus groups in a pending litigation matter, I found Legal-Graphics to be extremely thorough and professional. Their staff was very insightful in the making of suggestions to the content of the material to be delivered, and the method of the delivery. I have done many focus groups in the past, but Legal-Graphics’ work to put this last focus group together set them apart from other service providers. Their idea to schedule two separate focus groups in the same day with time in between to alter the presentation was very beneficial.”
Jayne Robertson, another client, was also very pleased with the focus group’s results and input she received from Legal-Graphics:
She told us, “it is difficult to anticipate how certain aspects of your case will be received by a jury and the focus group’s responses were eye-opening. The insight provided by your team allowed me to effectively determine the most important elements of my case for trial. Without the strategic input of Legal-Graphics and the focus group they arranged, I don’t know if my trial presentation would have been as strong, or perhaps more importantly, as successful – I will heartily recommend Legal-Graphics as a great resource for trial lawyers.”
